"After much researching online I decided to go with this Cuisinart Electric Skillet. A Christmas present to myself - and what a fantastic present it is! First of all, regular shipping was amazing from Chef's. It seemed to arrive almost overnight. I unpacked it and used it right away to brown 3 pounds of Italian sausage - all at once. This is a big skillet! The heat was evenly distributed (much better than my Farberware ever did) and clean up was a breeze. I did not put it in the dishwasher because I fear discoloration to the stainless finish. But truthfully, there is no need to use the dishwasher as it took me about 90 seconds to wash it by hand.
